About Me

A third-generation Bay Area native, William learned at a young age how caring touch can help the body to heal. When he was 8 years old, his mother and sisters were in a traffic collision on their way to school one morning. They were prescribed chiropractic care and massage to treat their injuries from which they fully recovered. After a couple months of treatment, William's mother demonstrated the massage techniques she was receiving on her neck and shoulders. He began massaging his family members any time they had pain or stress in those areas and was always happy when they expressed relief.

During high school, and showing an aptitude for computers, he started taking programming classes at the local community college. This put him on track for his first career, which included positions as a web developer and software quality engineer.

Now, with two bachelor degrees and over a decade of service in the software industry, William decided to return to his passion and become a massage therapist. The opportunity to connect with people individually and help them feel better, both mentally and physically, was his driving motivator to switch careers.

"I'm excited to bring my full experience to my work as a massage therapist. Having started so young with massage, my sense of touch is well-developed and I can zero in on the muscles causing pain. My analytical skills that I have honed over the years, combined with my training in anatomy and kinesiology are perfect for helping clients assess the root cause of their discomfort or pain and come up with a plan to facilitate healing."

Education

As a graduate with honors from National Holistic Institute in 2019, William earned a Letter of Excellence in both the Eastern and Western segments of the program.

He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sonoma State University.
